Russian Finance Minister Approves Changes in Format of Diamond Price Calculations

In connection with the coming into force of the national Russian standard on the technical requirements and classification of diamonds on 1 January 2009,

Alexei Kudrin, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government and Minister of Finance, has approved changes in the format of the calculation of prices of diamonds, which was approved by the Finance Ministry in late 2006.
