Thabex Limited shareholders are advised that the Case relating to Angel Diamonds (Proprietary) Limited (Case number: CIV/APN/333/2010) in the High Court of Lesotho was to be heard on 30 August 2010. The Case has been postponed to 6 October 2010 in order for the Court to finalise the security for costs by the applicants in terms of an Application served by the respondents in the High Court of Lesotho on 27 August 2010. Thabex has provided a bank guarantee of R250 000 for security for costs by the respondents in the case.
Shareholders will be informed in due course of any further developments regarding the resolution of the
above matter, as well as the expected date of publication of the Company’s February 2010 year end results.
