Rockwell Diamonds Inc. says that the British Columbia Supreme Court has granted an order in response to the petition brought by Pala Investments Holdings Limited against Rockwell Diamonds Inc., John Bristow, Mark Bristow and David Copeland to have the proxy materials of John Bristow, Mark Bristow and David Copeland withdrawn and re-issued.
