| Fyodor Andreyev was born on August 16, 1966 in the City of Voronezh. He is the graduate of the Leningrad State University specialized in Political Economy. In 1989-1991 he worked as Economist and then Lead Economist with the Financing and Crediting Department of the Tver Commercial Bank. In 1991-1992 Fyodor Andreyev occupied the position of Lead Economist and Chief Economist with the Department of Marketing and Development of Tverkommertsia Ltd, a Tver-based commercial trade and industrial company. In 1992-1996 he worked as Economist of the Stock Department, Senior Economist of the Securities Department, Chief of Liabilities Management Section and Director of the Saint Petersburg Branch of Tveruniversalbank. 1997-1999 – Deputy Chairman of the Board of AOOT KB BaltOneximBank. 1999-2001 – Chairman of the Board of OAO (KB) BaltOneximBank. 2002-2003 – as First Vice President of AK ALROSA he supervised the company’s financial and economic matters. 2003-2005 – Vice President of OAO RZD. 2005-2009 – as Senior Vice President of OAO RZD he was responsible for the company’s economic and financial policy. From 2009 – President of ALROSA. |
