Daniela Villegas, a fine jewelry designer from LA, is famous for creating colorful designs inspired by the natural world, in particular insects and animals.
The new collection called Chromatic Paradise includes designs made in the shape of various animals – from coyotes to flamingos.
Villegas was inspired by her Mexican roots for the creation of the collection. Villegas said that the main theme of the line is empowerment that leads to reliability.
Some of the animals present in the collection are crabs. Villegas said that she had always loved these creatures for the way they move and their playful eyes.
The snake in the line represents power. For Villegas, it also symbolizes tangled roots, winding rivers, and rolling hills.
The flamingo pieces are devoted to this vibrant and social animal. Part of their sales will go the foundation that supports the environment protection.
